"This is a hidden gem worth seeking out in the middle of York. In an old building so it’s got the history and charm of York but the best freshly cooked pancakes for miles. Make your own or pick from the huge choice. It was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. Worth trying for breakfast brunch or just a treat. We ordered the apple pancake and the forest fruit and meringues pancake and a hot chocolate. Everything was really good.."
"Absolutely delicious! We had to wait 15 min for a seat but it was totally worth it. Very busy but unique and wonderful. It was hard to choose which pancake to get because there were so many, but breakfast one with Greek yogurt and bananas was delicious, and the Amsterdaamer was a perfect mix of salty and sweet flavors. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.."
